More Energy Solutions
The following energy programs are eligible within the I-REN territory, but are are administered by other organizations. To learn more about the various energy services available, please click on the respective links for each program or contact the program administrator.
SoCalREN Commercial
The Business Energy Advisor (BEA) Program connects participating businesses with a dedicated energy expert who serves as a single point of contact—guiding them through available services, coordinating support across SoCalREN’s commercial programs, and helping them make informed energy decisions.
The Hard-to-Reach Commercial Direct Install Program provides no-cost energy efficiency upgrades to small businesses through the direct installation of energy-saving equipment such as lighting, water heating and more.
The Food Desert Energy Efficiency Equity Program provides corner stores, bodegas and small grocers with no-cost energy upgrades—including efficient refrigeration, lighting, and water heating systems, allowing customers to save energy and expand access to fresh, healthy food in their community.
Willdan
The California Energy Design Assistance (CEDA) program promotes electrification and decarbonization. This includes new building construction and major renovation projects. CEDA collaborates with project teams to reduce energy demand, consumption, and carbon emissions.
The Commercial Energy Efficiency Program (CEEP) provides financial incentives such as rebate options for energy efficiency and electrification projects.
Community Action Partnership
The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) provides one-time financial assistance to help balance an eligible household's utility bill. Credits are paid directly to utility companies, wood, or propane vendors. Residents of San Bernardino and Riverside counties, please contact the CAP agency for your respective county.
Maroma Energy Services
The Building Electrification program to help eligible homeowners and renters electrify their homes by replacing natural gas appliances with high-efficiency electric equipment.
The Energy Savings Assistance Program is an initiative offered by the state of California to assist eligible households in making energy-efficient upgrades without the burden of high costs
The Energy Savings Assistance (ESA) Whole Home program is offered to help eligible homeowners and renters make energy-saving upgrades to their homes.
The Low-Income Weatherization Program (LIWP) Farmworker Housing Component installs no-cost energy efficiency improvements and/or solar PV systems for qualified farmworker households

SoCalREN Residential
The General Multifamily Program can provide Technical Assistance for residents including an energy and green building consultant will work with you to identify cost-effective upgrade measures for your project and connect you to applicable incentive Programs. Additionally incentives are available to help offset the cost of purchasing and installing energy conservation measures, such as upgrades to lighting, water heating, and HVAC systems.
The Multifamily Hard to Reach Direct Install program covers the the cost of equipment and installation of energy efficiency measures. This adds value to the property, improves energy efficiency, and reduces maintenance costs.
The Kits for Kids Program introduces third and fourth-grade students from participating schools to energy efficiency and how it can help their families save money and improve their comfort and safety at home. Participation includes each household installing the energy-efficient items from the kit in their home. Each enrolled classroom is eligible to receive a $1,000 grant if 65% of students install the energy-efficient items and provide proof of installation.
Solar on Multifamily Affordable Housing
The Solar on Multifamily Affordable Housing (SOMAH) Program provides financial incentives for installing integrated solar and storage systems at multifamily affordable housing.

The Agricultural Project Delivery Program provides no-cost support to help small and medium-sized farms and agricultural businesses across Southern California become more energy efficient.
The Rural Hard-to-Reach Agricultural Direct Install Program helps small and medium-sized farms in rural and underserved areas save energy and water through no-cost upgrades.
The Agriculture Retrofit Program helps small and medium-sized farms and agricultural businesses in rural and underserved communities save energy and water through cost-effective upgrades, technical support, and financial incentives.

Cascade Energy provides energy monitoring, metering, and management through identifying projects that deliver the best return on investment
